Definitions

- "Balance" / "Wallet"

- "Bonus Funds"

- "Wagering Requirement"

- "Know Your Customer" / "KYC"

- "Prohibited Territory"

- "Force Majeure"
- Any event beyond the reasonable control of q789, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet infrastructure failure, or third-party service outages, that prevents or delays q789 from fulfilling its obligations under these Terms.
- "BDT" / "Taka"
- Bangladesh Taka (৳), the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, which is the base currency for all financial transactions on the q789 platform.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
Access to and use of the q789 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
2.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a q789 account and to participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the platform. q789 enforces a strict 18+ policy across every product and service it offers. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts closed immediately, all gameplay voided, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method used for deposit.
2.2 Legal Capacity
You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts — whether by reason of age, mental incapacity, court order, or any other legal prohibition — you are not permitted to use the q789 platform.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active q789 account at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. q789 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, q789 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions
q789 is operated primarily for players resident in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from Prohibited Territories do so in violation of these Terms. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing q789 is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. q789 accepts no liability for any breach of local law arising from a Player's access to or use of the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
2.5 Self-Exclusion Status
Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from q789 or from any other gambling platform are not permitted to register for or use a q789 account during their self-exclusion period. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To access real-money games and betting markets on q789, you must complete the platform's registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as required by the registration form. 3.4 Accurate Information Obligation
You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any change to your name, address, phone number, or email address must be communicated to q789 support promptly. q789 reserves the right to close accounts where the information provided is found to be materially false, misleading, or outdated.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
q789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). q789 does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your q789 wallet within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing limits are displayed in the q789 cashier at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by the q789 finance team within two hours of approval for mobile financial service methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), and within one to three business days for bank transfer methods. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
- Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved
- Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits
- The payment method nominated for withdrawal must be the same method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by q789 support
4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method
As a standard anti-fraud measure, q789 requires that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit will only be approved following additional identity verification and at the sole discretion of q789's finance team.
4.5 Refused Transactions
q789 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, q789 may place a hold on the relevant funds pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.
Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on q789 are subject to the platform's General Betting Rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to the relevant market or product. By placing a bet or initiating a game round on q789, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules in full.
5.2 Cricket Betting
Cricket betting markets on q789 cover BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other major global cricket tournaments. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In-play bets are settled on the state of the match at the time the bet was placed; any subsequent correction to the live data feed does not affect in-play settlement.
5.3 Live Casino Rules
Live casino games on q789 are operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules applicable to each live game are as determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between q789's published rules and the game provider's rules, the game provider's rules shall prevail. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the game round will be settled according to the result determined by the live dealer and the game provider's system, regardless of the Player's connection status at the time of settlement.
5.4 Slots, Super Keno, and Fishing Games
All slots, Super Keno, and fishing games on q789 use certified random number generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by bet size, account history, time of day, or any other variable. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within the game information panel inside the game lobby.
5.5 Void Bets and Cancelled Events
q789 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond 72 hours of the original scheduled start time, or affected by circumstances that render the original market invalid. In such cases, the stake for the voided bet will be returned to the Player's account in full. No winnings are paid on voided bets.
5.6 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a manifest error, including incorrect odds, mispriced markets, technical malfunctions, or software errors, q789 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. "Manifest error" means an obvious and undeniable mistake that is apparent on the face of the bet or market. q789 will not honour bets placed at manifestly erroneous prices, even if the system accepted them at the time of placement.
Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 Bonus Eligibility
Promotional offers and bonuses published on q789 are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are specified in the individual bonus terms published alongside each offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the platform (i.e., no active account restrictions, warnings, or suspensions).
6.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Only real-money bets placed on qualifying games contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment. Free play rounds, cancelled bets, and voided bets do not contribute.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
q789 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing bets exclusively on low-risk outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements; using automated software or bots to generate bonus plays; and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, q789 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the relevant account(s), and permanently bar the individual from future promotions.
6.4 Promotion Expiry
All bonuses and promotional offers carry an expiry date. Bonus funds that remain in a Player's account after the stated expiry date, or in respect of which the associated wagering requirements have not been satisfied by the expiry date, will be removed from the account automatically. q789 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
q789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotion terms will be published on the relevant promotion page. Players who have already opted in to a promotion prior to a material change in its terms will be notified via their registered email address and given the option to withdraw their participation.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q789 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
- Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a q789 account; providing false identity information during registration or KYC; or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with the platform.
- Money Laundering: Using the q789 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity; or structuring transactions in a manner designed to conceal the origin of funds.
- Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have direct or indirect involvement; using inside information to gain an unfair advantage; or participating in any scheme to fix or manipulate the outcome of any event offered on q789.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in live casino games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
- Automated Play: Using robots, scripts, bots, or any automated software to interact with q789 games or betting markets in a manner not available to or used by ordinary human players.
- Hacking and System Interference: Attempting to access, alter, or disrupt the q789 platform's servers, databases, software, or security systems by any means whatsoever.
- Impersonation: Representing yourself as another person — whether a real individual or a fictitious identity — when creating or using a q789 account.
- Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the q789 platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 18.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by q789
q789 reserves the right to suspend a Player's account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, is engaging in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other users. During a suspension, the Player will not be able to access games, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. q789 will investigate the circumstances giving rise to the suspension and notify the Player of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
8.2 Termination by q789
q789 may terminate a Player's account permanently where: a material breach of these Terms has been established; the Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage; the Player has been found to have engaged in any form of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; or the Player is found to be under 18 years of age. Upon termination for cause, q789 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.
8.3 Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their q789 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, q789 will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the Player's verified payment method within five business days, provided that all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending.
8.4 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion from q789. Self-exclusion periods are available for one month, three months, six months, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be restricted from betting, deposits, and promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. 8.5 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. q789 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior written notice to the registered email address. The dormancy fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact q789 support.
8.6 Changes to These Terms
q789 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the q789 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
